Delivery Time
7 – 12 working days after artwork approval
Shipping times are a general estimate only. Changes and additional portrait requests can of course prolong this estimate.
If you haven’t received your order within 12 working days, AFTER APPROVAL, please get in touch with me to let us know. Any items lost in transit will of course be reprinted and resent.
REFUND AND & EXCHANGE
Refund Policy
Since all the portraits I create are unique and custom-created just for you, there are no refunds or exchanges, unless the item was damaged during shipment.
I will begin working on your artwork as soon as the order is placed.
I am unable to offer refunds for the following reasons:
– Change of mind after placing an order
– Changing photo due to dissatisfaction with the illustration
If you are dissatisfied with your digital illustration previews, I do offer adjustments/ revisions to meet your expectations.
Damaged items for exchange
- Please notify me by email within 3 days of receiving the damaged goods.
- Include photos of the damaged item, all original packaging, and any additional information you can provide.
- Upon receipt of the above items and information, I will be happy to send you a replacement item.
Notes on Colors
Colors may vary due to screen monitor coloring and other lighting factors, but our photos are as close to the truest color as possible.
