Please fill in the information about the portrait. By finalizing the order, you will be invited to upload the photo.

For more than 3 people in the photo, please contact me first. Pets are counted as one “person”.

I will always ensure you are 100% happy with your portrait before printing it and shipping it to you. You will receive a preview of your artwork within a week for you to approve. At this stage you can make any changes you’d like. Once you’re happy, you can approve the portrait for printing. I will then send your art to the print shop to print on canvas and deliver it to you.

I will begin working on your artwork as soon as the order is placed. You'll receive your product approximately 3 to 4 weeks after you place your order. For more information on the timelines, please see the following:

Turnaround time: It usually takes up to 7 days* for the custom portrait to be completed.

Preview artwork:  please approve or request changes within 48 hours of sending artwork preview.

Delivery Time (Canvas & Poster print): Production and shipping usually take 11 – 17 working days after artwork approval**

*The timeline may vary depending on the season due to high volume of orders but I will try to accommodate if you need it for a specific date.

**Delivery times are a general estimate only. Changes and additional portrait requests can of course prolong this estimate. Gift orders can be delivered straight to your family and friends.

How It Works?

1. Place your order: Upload your photo and I will draw your portrait.

2. Preview your artwork:  In about a week, you will receive an email with your portrait for approval.
Revise or approve it before the digital illustration is sent into production.
We work together to make it perfect for you.

3. Safe shipping: I work with a print shop to print your artwork on the canvas and deliver it safely. Get ready to be amazed by your masterpiece.

The canvas print comes already stretched on a 1.5" wooden frame (Gallery Wrapped). No assembly required. No extra cost to you. The top-quality canvas fabric is stretched manually over a hand-made pine stretcher frame. Every canvas print is produced using solvent-free HP latex inks.

The Edge Design is automatically stretched. You will see the rest of the picture on the side of the product you bought. Upon your request, the edge can be Folded, mirrored, black or white.

Each canvas print includes:

  • A HANGER SET: You’ll be able to hang up your print in a few easy steps.
  • A XXL BORDER – 1½” (4cm): The XXL depth of 1½" frame will give your artwork that professional gallery-wrapped ambience while also increasing the durability of your canvas.
